Paula started out in the early education industry, with a degree in Child Development. She built her own success daycare business and also worked a few years for a corporation in that field. She moved into the entrepreneurial world and figured out quickly that entrepreneurs and two-year-olds are quite alike! A self-described entrepreneur and innovator, she learned she is not meant for the corporate world and jumped back to owning her own company.

Paula discovered the field of transcription and successfully grew to six figures in 16 months. She expanded Services For You to include Virtual Assistant Services and eventually as an Online Business Manager.

Seeing a gap in the market between the Entrepreneur and Virtual Assistant, Paula started working on filling the gap with information and training. The Virtual Assistant Alliance is a place where VAs can learn, fill their business, and mastermind with other VAs who speak their language. The goal is to fully service the entrepreneurs who come to us for strategy, solutions and services.
